What is the Baby Age Calculator?
Doctors and parenting guides often describe a baby’s age in weeks for the first months, then in months. Enter your baby’s birth date to see the exact age in days, weeks and months, the date of the next monthly “birthday”, and – for babies born early – the corrected (adjusted) age used for development checks.
How to use the Baby Age Calculator
- Enter the date of birth.
- If your baby was born early, enter the weeks of pregnancy at birth (e.g. 34).
- Read the age and corrected age.
What is corrected age?
For babies born before 37 weeks, corrected age = actual age minus the weeks born early. It is usually used for growth and milestones until about 2 years old.
Note
Vaccination schedules differ by country – follow your paediatrician or national EPI schedule.
This Baby Age Calculator is 100% free, needs no signup and runs privately in your browser – on phone, tablet or computer.
