This Privacy Policy explains how NodifyTech Tools (https://tools.nodifytech.com, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use this website. Last updated: 25 September 2026.
1. Data you enter into tools
Almost all of our tools run entirely in your web browser. Text you paste, numbers you enter and images you choose are processed on your own device and are not sent to or stored on our server.
QR codes, images, passwords and encrypted text are also created locally in your browser. Some tools download a small open-source code library (for example the QR code library) from the cdnjs network; your data is not sent with that request.
2. Information stored on your device
Some tools save your settings or content in your browser’s local storage so it is still there next time (for example the theme choice, Online Notepad, To-Do List, Tally Counter and World Clock). This data stays on your device; you can delete it any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
3. Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are kept for a limited time.
4. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Google Analytics uses cookies; data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
We may show ads served by Google AdSense and other partners. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. 5. Third-party services
To load fast and look good, pages use Google Fonts and the cdnjs content delivery network (Font Awesome icons). These providers receive your IP address when your browser downloads their files. Links to WhatsApp, social networks and other websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
6. Children
This website is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we do not collect personal data through our tools, there is usually nothing stored about you. For any request, message us on WhatsApp.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
