What is the Blood Pressure Log?
Keep a record of your home blood pressure readings. Enter systolic, diastolic and pulse; the log shows each reading’s category using the ACC/AHA 2017 ranges, your average over the last 7 readings and a trend chart. Print it or export CSV to share with your doctor. Data stays only in your browser.
How to use the Blood Pressure Log
