What is the Binaural Beats Generator?
Binaural beats play two slightly different tones in each ear – for example 200 Hz on the left and 210 Hz on the right. Your brain perceives a gentle “beat” at the difference (10 Hz). Many people use them for relaxation, meditation, sleep or focus.

How to use the Binaural Beats Generator
