What is the Udhaar Khata?

Replace the paper register. Add your customers, then record every credit sale (udhaar diya) and every payment received (wasool). The khata shows each customer’s running balance, the total amount owed to you, and lets you send a polite WhatsApp payment reminder with one tap. Data stays in this browser on your phone – export a CSV backup regularly.

How to use the Udhaar Khata

  1. Add a customer with name and phone.
  2. Tap the customer and record “Credit given” or “Payment received”.
  3. Send a WhatsApp reminder or export a backup.

Important

Data is stored only on this device/browser. Clearing browser data deletes it – use Export regularly and keep the file safe.
