What is the Property Price Calculator?
Compare plots and houses fairly by price per unit. Enter the size in marla, kanal, square feet, square yards or square metres and either the total price or the price per unit – the calculator converts everything and shows price per marla, per square foot and per square yard, plus estimated transfer costs.
Note: a marla is usually 225 sq ft (most housing societies and new areas) but 272.25 sq ft in older revenue records – choose the right one for your area.

- 1 marla = 225 sq ft (or 272.25)

- 1 acre = 43,560 sq ft = 8 kanal (standard)
