What is the Meeting Planner?
Working with clients or teammates in other countries? The Meeting Planner shows the hours of a day side by side for up to six cities. Green cells are normal working hours (9 am–6 pm), yellow are early or late hours and grey is night – so you can instantly see the best time for everyone.

How to use the Meeting Planner
- Pick the date and add the cities of everyone in the meeting.
- Look for a column that is green (or yellow) for all cities.
- Tap it to see the exact times and copy the text.
Common overlaps
- Pakistan & UK: 1 pm – 6 pm PKT (9 am – 2 pm London in winter)
- Pakistan & US East: 6 pm – 8 pm PKT (9 am – 11 am New York)
- Pakistan & UAE: almost the whole working day (UAE is 1 hour behind)
